This saga is purely fantasy. It deals with magic, monsters, fighting a powerful evil guy, etc. While it does not follow exactly the Hero's Journey complex by Joseph Campbell, I think it still holds well...
I started the idea, when I watched Jackie Chan Adventures. I was like, hey Valmont sorcerer robe looks cool, and then, chi wizard. Ok so I was a chi wizard fighting Valmont, oh and if I wanted to become more powerful, I would essentially turn to a super saiyan 5, well, at least the hair color anywya, and my eyes were completely white and so was my garb. Anyway and then I have no idea how it transferred over into the Phoenix Mage thing...it has always just been there. Anyways, then I had the idea to turn it into an MMORPG, however what happened there was that I did not feel that the amount of control I wanted was too complicated for a pc to handle. And well the Wii certainly helps out I need a virtual relaity system for ym game to live up to its full potential. Then I got the idea to write it out as a book, instead of waiting for virtual reality to come out. The book concept has been going on for three years, as I have not been able to write anything substantial in a while because I just haven't felt inspired, yet this website helped inspire me, so here I am, writing it, chapter by chapter.
As to the plot of the story, i do not want to reveal that yet, you will have to wait for that chapter to come out, in order to get it.
There is a large mix of original creations, amongst those that actually exist or have existed in our world. No technology in the sense of computers or advanced structures is used throughout the story, however things such as massive iron gates etc are used.

As of right now, I am just getting out the little details so far...and well writing is actually a lot tougher when you aren't inspired or don't feel like it. I am guessing I will have to just overcome that barrier...when things start to quiet down overall, or I decide to actually write instead of going on myspace or stuff like that.
